Blogging is all about writing. Pro blogging is about how to write good blog content that deliver value in blogosphere. Some bloggers may not know that it is illegal to be a copycat, to copy articles and to paste it in your blog without giving a credit to the author and author’s URL link. Search Engine will not index duplicate content and you falsify the content by claiming it as yours. You can track the duplicate content by using Copyscape. I have found that my blog posts were copied by others as well. Though I did write to them that article copycat is not right, they continued to ignore it. Although I can’t bring them to the court, they will face the consequences. The search engine will ignore duplicate content and their blog can’t crawl the search engine rank. I don’t say that you can’t include people’s articles in your blog. If you find a good article that you think will benefit your readers, you can copy and paste the article without any changes but don’t forget to include the author’s name and URL. You can do this occasionally but you also need to write your blog content because a blog is to represent you.

If you are a newbie blogger and have no idea how to write good blog content, of course you can read other people’s articles to get ideas how to write good blog content. Take a look at the following resources which you can use to write good blog content:

Ezine Articles or Articles Directory. Get ideas from ezine articles or other articles directories. The articles published in ezine article are quality articles and you shall learn from these articles how to write good blog content. You can note down the ideas and rewrite on your own. Of course, you may have your own opinion and ideas to add. This is the trick to produce a new article. You learn about the subject and you learn to write as well.

Yahoo or Google Search. Type in the search box: “….” to look for exact phrases. You can get ideas what people talk about the topic. Check out the top sites and maybe you can combine the ideas from 3 to 5 articles to create a new article.

Shared articles. When you become affiliates, sometimes the person provides articles for sharing. You can copy and paste the articles exactly. You still credit the article to the person’s name but the URL link is your affiliate link. This way, you get benefits to promote affiliate products.

PLR (Private Label Rights) Articles. There are free and paid PLR articles. Some retired PLR are given for free or at reduced rate. You must read the content if the topic is still up-to-date. Some are very outdated and odd. With PLR, you can claim these articles under your name. You can copy exactly or modify. I would recommend to modify or tweak it a bit so it becomes a new article. The good and fresh sources of PLR articles is All Private Label Content.

It is much easier to write if you use the resources above. As you read and learn from other people’s articles, you may be able to generate your own ideas and to write good blog content. Pro blogging is different from casual blogging. You need to have value in your blog content. Learn Blog Profits videos tutorials so you understand the complexity of pro blogging and how you can make income online from blogging.

I WAS NOT A WRITER 9 months ago. I only wrote occasionally for product reviews for Kidzpuzzle blog if there were new products. I did have a personal blog in blogspot because I followed the herd of bloggers who blog about their personal life. I let my good friends know about my blog and only one or two left comments. How devastated I was. I made conclusion that:

My life was boring; there was nothing to tell to the World

I didn’t know what to write

I have no talent in writing

The turning point happened when I decided to learn professional blogging and Internet Marketing by making investment in e-learning. I know that blogging is one of powerful marketing tool if we learn professional blogging techniques. I was forced to write under the watch of my mentor. I was in doubt whether my grammar was correct and whether the readers would understand my messages. I improved my writing skill through practice and having a mentor really motivated me. My writing reveals my personality and I become more articulate in my writing. I realize when I have knowledge; I have lots of topics to discuss about. My blog topic doesn’t have to be about my family and personal life again.

My advice to bloggers who want to blog but they do not like to write and they judge themselves of having I WAS NOT A WRITER syndrome like myself 9 months ago, I have pro blogging tips solution:

Look for a role model. The role model can be your mentor. Learn his writing style.

Invest in learning so you have a broad knowledge.

Decide the topic. Do the research in yahoo search, google search and Ezine Articles to get ideas what to write about.

Write your title first.

Make bullet points. This will be the list of your ideas.

Write short blog post in 250 words.

Write in simple language as long as readers get your messages. Don’t worry about grammar mistakes.

Write from your heart. Don’t just write about the facts. Give your blog content a personal touch from your experience and voice your opinion.

Include photos or videos to make your blog interesting.

Write everyday until you get used to it. If you skip a week then a month. Finally, you will get demotivated and abandon your blog.

I realize how essential writing skill is. I encourage my young kids to start creative writing from now on. Through pro blogging and Internet Marketing, I learn how to write articles or blog posts for SEO, analyze the right profitable keywords before I use the words for my blog posts and articles. I had “I AM NOT A WRITER” syndrome 9 months ago and I’m having 4 blogs now. The other 2 blogs: parenting blog, Resources for Moms and Kids and my self-branding personal blog, Mompreneur Journey. I also coach people in Internet Network Marketing Home Business and teach them about pro blogging.

My advice to bloggers: get a pen or start typing now and apply my pro blogging tips above to exercise your writing style.
