  3. Support Reliability.  Most of web hosting providers have 24/7 support but this is not always true. You can check by asking questions few times. If they reply you within 6 hours, it means they have enough staffs to answer customers’ enquiries.
  4. Money Back Guarantee or Free Trial. You need to find out if they have this policy. Normally, they have money back guarantee for 30 days, some have longer days of guarantee. Please note that they may pay back to you less due to a small fraction of administration cost to cover domain name registration and administration.
  5. Speed of the Website. Check the website of your web hosting provider at different times for few days. If you find the upload of their site is very slow, it means that their speed is not reliable in your region.
  6. Regular Maintenance. Look for the web hosting provider that has a regular maintenance monthly without causing your blog to shut down.
